Sales | Business Development
We are seeking motivated, energetic, entrepreneurial candidates to be instrumental in the growth of our talent acquisition business. This individual will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our client base by selling our temporary and|or permanent recruitment services to businesses across various industries including Financial Services | Healthcare | Manufacturing | Accounting & Finance | Technology | Human Resources.
Daily Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach.

Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in various organizations.

Create and implement effective sales strategies to attract new business and retain existing clients.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our recruitment services and solutions.

Understand clients' recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.

Offer expert advice on industry trends, candidate sourcing, and talent acquisition strategies.

Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless process from client acquisition to candidate placement.

Participate in client meetings and conferences to build relationships and promote our services.

Track sales metrics and report on performance against sales targets.

Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices.

Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and the challenges faced by businesses in talent acquisition.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Have an entrepreneurial spirit, are self-motivated, is a team player & have a strong desire to succeed!
